    With a focus on strategic expansion and operational excellence, Lunga is committed to building a robust practice that meets the complex immigration needs of businesses and individuals throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

    Lunga brings extensive experience in leadership, people management and operational optimization, leveraging his diverse professional background to guide the South Africa practice through its dynamic growth.

    Before joining Fragomen, Lunga held senior roles at a leading South African telecommunications company with a presence in more than 20 countries. Lunga’s blend of legal acumen, operational insight and leadership excellence positions him as a trusted advisor and a driving force behind Fragomen’s Sub-Saharan Africa operations.

    Lunga is fluent in English, Xhosa and Zulu. He can also converse in Sotho and Tswana.

Johannes plays a strategic leadership role within the Coordination Center, where he works to refine and grow business opportunities, and knowledge and service capabilities.

    Prior to joining Fragomen in 2015, Johannes worked for the Department of Home Affairs as a Regional Immigration Head for the Sedibeng area in the Gauteng province, South Africa.

    Willys is a Director at Fragomen’s Kenya office with over 17 years of immigration services experience. In his current role, he partners with multinational corporations to ensure a seamless cross-border experience. Willys is responsible for the team and clients in East Africa and focuses on ensuring effective and efficient service delivery. He oversees the provision of end-to-end immigration solutions, compliance advisory and government strategies.

    Prior to rejoining Fragomen, Willys was a Manager at a Big Four firm and was previously a Senior Immigration Consultant at Fragomen. He also has over 10 years of experience in a variety of progressive immigration officer roles for the government of Kenya, where he gained a wide range of experience through a variety of immigration assignments. Willys has also served as a business development officer for a microfinance company, where he was responsible for resolving key customer service issues and providing overall support to ensure client satisfaction.
