August was a very busy and productive month as we brought you some new and updated set of features.

Admins to Moderate Groups and Communities

The goal of community and group moderation is to control user interactions in online communities and groups. Admins can delete comments or posts, ban or unban users, and use the note feature to explain their actions. Moreover, comments on newly created posts and on any already-existing posts can be enabled or disabled.

This feature will help establish community standards and guidelines and foster a safe and positive online community for members of the group and community.

Stay on Top of Your Tasks

To increase productivity, task management is crucial, and Glue Up's newly updated Tasks module makes it simpler than ever.

A specialized task detail page, a rich text editor in the task's notes, the ability to upload attachments, sophisticated sorting and filtering of the tasks list, and a notification control option are all new additions to the Tasks module.

We explained in detail about the tasks updates on our dedicated blog post.

Wait, there is More!

  • A new widget added to My Glue. This widget allows your members to quickly view your organization's brief description and visit your website directly.
  • The Lemon Tea event template will display the speaker's photo and name for a clean and organized look on the event page. The speaker's description can still be accessed by clicking on the speaker's photo.
  • A banner will be displayed on Glue Up’s home page to notify users of the Xero disconnect. Upon a successful reconnection, the banner will automatically disappear.
  • Members of your organization will be identified with a tag at the community event. This will assist event attendees in identifying who is part of the membership program, allowing you to improve your community engagement.
