How We Discovered Glue Up
We started using Glue Up in 2018. We were always searching for an event management solution from providers as the organization is very event-oriented. We usually have one webinar per week and a big monthly summit. At the point of purchase, we needed a solution that would help us print delegate tickets on the ground. That is how we started our journey with Glue Up. We did not want to print delegate tickets and have the delegates not show up. We were trying to reduce wastage. We learned about other Glue Up features and tools over the years.
Biggest Fear Before Taking on Glue Up
Our biggest fear lies with the support in place. Support is vital while managing events. We were worried about how Glue Up would handle event issues, given it's a global company. Problems could arise, and we would have no way of solving them. We were glad that Glue Up understood our predicament and had their staff on standby to ensure we had a seamless experience. Eventually, we got a local account manager who has been instrumental in our success on the platform.
Big Wins with the Event Management Tool
Our greatest win with the event management solution was having an all-in-one platform that helped us manage our events seamlessly. Being able to design amazing landing pages with the different event templates provided on the platform was a game-changer. We can now save time and avoid frustration with Glue Up’s simple yet powerful form builder. Increased Membership with Glue Up
We have seen an increase in membership. The platform has helped us reduce cold calling in search of new members. The CRM has been a great contributor to our success. Our member engagement has increased and we can now better monitor engagement metrics such as members attending events, email open rates, member feedback response, and social media interactions. Members have also given feedback on better connectivity with the community tool. They can start conversations regularly, discuss industry stories, share trending topics, and post viral photos or videos while actively participating in the conversation thread. Our strong communication tactics have strengthened the association relationships, complimented management efforts, and increased membership.
Message to Other Organizations
